A pair of benches designed by Paul Margetts in conjunction with members of the local community. Commissioned by South Staffordshire District Council
The central image depicts an oak wood on a hill. This is derived from the name of Brewood which literally means "wood on the hill called Bre".
The shape of the curved top and lower rails was taken from the strong lines of the canal bridges in the village.
